Trained at The University of Western States in Portland, OR; Jessica studied a heavy sports medicine massage program working alongside the chiropractic program integrated at her school.  While studying she learned techniques of Swedish massage, Medical massage, Oncology massage, Myofascial release, Muscle Energy Technique, Trigger Point therapy, Sports Massage, Pre-natal massage amongst many more modalities. She has held Massage License for 9 years while practicing in the Reno, Tahoe, Las Vegas, and now the great Pacific Northwest. Jessica continues to educate herself in the field of massage and continues to keep up on new developments in the art of healing through touch.

She believes that massage is made for everyone and should be integrated into the lifestyles of every individual who wishes to reap the benefits of a healthy musculoskeletal system.
